Position Summary:
The Imaging Coordinator oversees the care coordination of patients in the Imaging Department, to include Women’s Imaging Breast Center.
As a successful candidate, you will:
Serves as the point person to manage sensitive and high cost resources to include but not limited to: physician orders, patient scheduling, assigned MQSA tasks, tasks, Coordinates scheduling, planning, and patient account charge audits and reconciliations.
Responsible for reconciling program reports, patient tracking, and manages program related projects.
Attends meetings, communicates program updates and facilitates input from staff.Point of contact for project assignments for Women’s Imaging Breast Center.
Follows established City of Hope and department policies, procedures, objectives, performance improvement, attendance, safety, environmental, and infection control guidelines, including adherence to the workplace Code of Conduct and Compliance Plan.Practices a high level of integrity and honesty in maintaining confidentiality.
Your qualifications should include:
High School Diploma or GED.
Three years in Women’s Imaging Breast Center patient coordination and scheduling
Knowledge of Breast Imaging and Procedure Scheduling, Knowledge of MQSA Regulations and functions
