The successful candidate:
**$15,000 sign-on bonus**
Hours: 12 hr shifts 7:30 pm - 7:00 am (36hrs per week)*
*One call on weekends (12hr shifts on Sat and Sun)
Performs all offered respiratory therapies, ventilator management, EKG’s, Pulse oximetry, Holter monitor, pulmonary function tests and special procedures via Pulmonologist. Operates and manages respiratory equipment and supplies to ensure safe and accurate patient care. Performs clerical duties such as chart data entry, input of department charges, document filing, and other tasks as assigned
Graduate of an accredited school for respiratory therapy and Illinois Licensure required
• National Certification, RRT preferred
• Must have current BLS certification, ACLS certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of critical care/ICU experience preferred
• Must have strong background in bedside patient care
• Able to be self-supervising and self-motivated
• Basic computer skills in working with Excel and Word
