Pay Rate: $26.55 - $37.17 per hour

This position provides senior administrative support to physicians in the Medical Oncology department. Emphasis on calendar and meeting management/scheduling, email, travel scheduling, and expense reimbursements. Will typically work 3 days per week on-site

As a successful candidate, you will:

  • Use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel in tasks including calendar management, meeting scheduling, note taking, and business expense reimbursement.

  • Compile information and prepare reports.

  • Make appointments and travel arrangements.

  • Screens visitors and telephone calls.

  • Attend staff meetings and record minutes.

  • Prepare confidential and special reports including periodic statistical reports.

  • May train and direct clerical staff.

Your qualifications should include:

  • High school diploma or GED and some vocational/specialized training. Experience may substitute for minimum education requirements.

  • 3-5 years responsible secretarial or clerical experience in a professional environment.

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

  • Demonstrated calendar management experience.

  • Strong multi-tasking skills.

This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement.
