As a successful candidate, you will:
This project with Dr. Nagarajan Vaidehi involves developing and application of interpretable machine learning methods to uncover allosteric regulation of disordered regions in the dynamics of G-protein coupled receptors to enable design of allosteric modulators.
The candidate will also work on developing design principles of targeted protein degradation in collaboration with Pharma.
Successful applicants will also have an opportunity to participate in a multidisciplinary research environment.
Your qualifications should include:
Ph.D. degree in Chemistry or Physics or Biochemistry with experience in protein dynamics studies.
The candidate should be knowledgeable about concepts in statistical thermodynamics, in python scripting and C++ programming.
Preferred qualifications:
Familiarity with Molecular Dynamics methods and experience in code development is preferred.
