Pay Rate: $65.63 - $95.16 per hour

The Modality Team Clinical Research Nurse (CRN) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while advancing clinical trials.

Position SummaryThe CRN collaborates with physicians, research coordinators, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams to support patients enrolled in clinical trials. This role involves coordinating care across the continuum (outpatient, inpatient, and home), managing protocol-driven treatments, educating patients and families, and ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver protocol-based patient care, including assessments, treatment support, and monitoring
  • Assist with patient screening, eligibility, enrollment, and informed consent processes
  • Collaborate with physicians and research teams to manage clinical trial treatments and follow-up care
  • Educate patients and families on clinical trials, treatments, and required testing
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation and adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Collect and manage clinical data, specimens, and patient tracking in clinical systems
  • Support protocol compliance, audits, and study monitoring activities

Your qualifications should include:

  • BSN
  • 2 or more years of experience in oncology, interventional radiology, or nuclear medicine or related fields, if applicable.For areas outside of these fields, 2 or more years of experience required in the practice area.Previous experience as a clinical research RN preferred.
  • Current California RN License
  • American Heart Association BLS Certification
