Pay Rate: $70.62 - $117.94 per hour

As a successful candidate, you will: 

  • Lead strategic consulting engagements across the revenue cycle, delivering actionable insights and high-value outcomes.
  • Develop and implement frameworks for operational assessments, performance benchmarking, and process redesign.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to evaluate revenue cycle maturity and readiness for innovation adoption.
  • Mentor and guide consulting analysts, fostering skill development and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Track and report key initiatives, milestones, and ROI across transformation projects.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and technology advancements; provide thought leadership.
  • Follows established City of Hope and department policies, procedures, objectives, performance improvement, attendance, safety, environmental, and infection control guidelines, including adherence to the workplace code of Conduct and Compliance Plan.
  • Practices a high level of integrity and honesty in maintaining confidentiality.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Your qualifications should include: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Business, Finance or related field; 3 additional years of experience plus the minimum experience requirement may substitute for minimum education.
  • 7 years of related experience plus 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity
