The successful candidate:
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Clinical Scheduler to join our team. This role is essential in coordinating patient care by managing schedules for patients, providers, and departments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable conducting face-to-face interviews, phone calls, and electronic communications, while ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and maintain accurate schedules for patients, providers, and clinical departments.
Conduct patient interviews in person, by phone, and electronically to gather and confirm appointment details.
Ensure all aspects of patient care are scheduled appropriately, including pre-certifications for treatments and procedures.
Maintain accurate visit records and scheduling data to support patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Make informed decisions to meet patients’ healthcare needs and support continuity of care.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Experience:
3–5 years of experience using complex online scheduling or computer systems
3–5 years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting
