Compensation: $250,000–$280,000 annually + $50,000 sign-on bonus
Job Summary:
City of Hope is seeking a skilled and compassionate CRNA to join our collaborative, medically directed anesthesia care team. In this role, you’ll work alongside anesthesiologists and fellow anesthesia providers to deliver high-quality, holistic, and evidence‑based anesthesia and pain care services for patients undergoing complex cancer treatments and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced perioperative anesthesia care for patients 17 years and older across a wide range of acuity levels and clinical environments, including:
Surgical Specialties
Neurosurgery
ENT
Thoracic
Procedural Areas
Pain Management
Radiation Oncology
CT and MRI
Responsibilities include patient assessment, anesthesia planning, induction, maintenance, emergence, and post‑anesthesia evaluation following established clinical protocols and safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Council on Accreditation (COA) nurse anesthesia program
Certified or recertified by the NBCRNA
Meets institutional and state criteria for medical malpractice coverage
Demonstrated clinical competency across a broad range of anesthesia techniques
Active Illinois RN license and compliance with all CRNA regulatory requirements
Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Current ACLS and BLS certifications
