Senior Revenue Cycle Strategy Partner

Shape the future of healthcare intelligence.City of Hope is seeking a forward-thinking analytics leader to join our fast-paced, innovation-driven Revenue Cycle Intelligence team as the Senior Revenue Cycle Strategy Partner. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about using data, AI, and predictive modeling to drive strategic decisions and operational excellence across the enterprise.

In this role, you will design and deliver advanced business intelligence solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support enterprise initiatives, and help redefine how healthcare organizations use data to improve financial performance and the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop advanced dashboards and analytics tools to support revenue cycle strategy and performance

·       Partner with operational leaders to define KPIs and deliver insights that drive financial outcomes

·       Lead predictive modeling efforts for forecasting, reimbursement optimization, and payer analysis

·       Ensure data integrity and governance across platforms and workflows

·       Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development

·       Support system implementations and data integration for new platforms

Your qualifications should include: 

·       Education: Bachelor’s in Health Administration, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)

·       Experience: 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle, finance, strategy, or performance improvement

·       Preferred: Experience with predictive modeling, payer analytics, and enterprise BI platforms

·       Skills:

o   Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Excel

o   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

o   Ability to communicate complex data to non-technical audiences

o   Strategic mindset with attention to detail
