As a successful candidate, you will:
- Serve as the strategic liaison and operational anchor to the VP, Technology, playing a pivotal role in shaping how the Enterprise Technology Group (ETG) operates, delivers value and drives technology transformation.
- Drive alignment and execution across strategic initiatives, team priorities, and operational rhythms via the Technology Business Office.
- Partner closely with internal teams, ETG leaders, and business partners to optimize effectiveness, ensure cohesion across ETG, and foster an inclusive, engaged culture.
The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, strategic insight, operational excellence, and a high degree of confidentiality with the ability to drive alignment and influence across a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role requires a systems thinker who can connect strategic vision, operational execution, and organizational culture, ensuring that every initiative is aligned, scalable, and sustainable.
Your qualifications should include:
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s degree; 3 additional years of experience plus the minimum experience requirement may substitute for minimum education
Minimum Experience:
8 years of related experience
Demonstrated experience managing programs/projects with budgets of $20M
Expert-level proficiency managing cross-functional or matrixed teams
Experience managing integrated work plans
Experience collaborating with project stakeholders (business and IT), sponsors and team, including vendors, and executive leadership
Experience in vendor management
Demonstrated mastery of software delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
Proficient using MS Office Suite, including MS Project and Visio
