The Senior Executive Assistant is responsible for the coordination of activities (operations and planning) and ensuring timely flow of information to and from the executive office. This role is responsible for handling details of a highly confidential and critical nature, and must function efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced professional environment. In this position you will have a proven ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines and organize and maintain effective administrative processes. In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating and preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence
As a successful candidate, you will:
Serve as a liaison between executives, managers & visitors as required. Research and fulfills information requests from internal & external business contacts.
Use discretionary initiative and judgment in handling sensitive & confidential details, establishing priorities and resolving problems relating to day-to-day operations and administrative details.
Solve routine and complex inquiries and problems requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational, divisional and departmental policies, procedures and projects in progress.
Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings & travel itineraries. Coordinates related arrangements.
Your qualifications should include:
5 years of experience in administrative & secretarial support at an Executive level.
Excellent organizational skills
Displays tact/consideration in dealing with City of Hope patients and employees
