Pay Rate: $35.9 - $55.64 per hour

The Department of Integrative Translational Sciences is seeking a Senior Research Associate/Lab Manager.

As a successful candidate, you will:

·         Develops and executes major research projects, ensuring high-quality results.

·         Plans and directs the work of research associates, lab assistants, technicians, and aides.

·         Trains lab staff in specialized procedures, equipment, and theoretical concepts.

·         Independently evaluates research data, initiating alternative approaches for improved results.

·         Prepares articles and papers on specialized techniques, staying updated on advancements.

·         Ensures compliance with safety procedures for handling bio-hazardous, infectious, and toxic material.

Your qualifications should include:

·         Bachelor's degree with over 5 years of research/lab experience, or Master's degree with over 4 years of research/lab experience.
