As a successful candidate, you will:
- Lead the administrative and operational support of the HLA Laboratory, partnering with leadership on budgeting, planning, and regulatory readiness
- Serve as the go‑to expert for the Histotrac system, ensuring smooth system performance, updates, validation, and integration with other platforms
- Oversee laboratory billing and financial processes, keeping charges, contracts, and documentation accurate and up to date
- Support and develop a high‑performing team through coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Help maintain strong quality and compliance standards by supporting QA activities and regulatory requirements related to laboratory systems and billing
- Use data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement and drive efficiency across laboratory operations
Your qualifications should include:
Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years experience with related administrative and project management responsibility, including experience implementing and managing technology applications OR 2 years experience in a hospital or laboratory environment. Understanding of healthcare and/or laboratory operations.Minimum experience can be fulfilled with advanced degrees (e.g. MBA, Master or similar).
Additional Information:
Hourly Pay Range: $45.37 - $75.77
