The successful candidate:

Hours: Part time 20hrs per week. Scheduled between Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 5pm

Location: Skokie, IL

The Receptionist is responsible for performing various duties related to the Oncology Clinic. Assists the Practice Manager and other Clinic employees in coordinating departmental functions, various clerical duties, multiple computer systems, record management, data compilation, various reports, and correspondence, answering clinic phones, routine questions, and assisting patients and caregivers with various needs.

Requirement

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Experience in the medical field preferred

  • Proficient in EPIC system

Must be able to use the following equipment/software;

  • Scanner, fax machine, copy machine

  • Microsoft Office Word, Excel
