The successful candidate:

Hours: Mon - Fri 7 am - 4 pm (adjusting as needed based on business need)           

The Guest Services Supervisor will provide leadership and support to teams in the Guest Services and Guest Quarters areas, overseeing the daily operations, in addition to supporting the volunteer and patient relations programs. This leader will embody servant leadership skills to support team members as a working supervisor and ensure the highest level of service is provided to guests, problem solve and ensure conflict resolution, all while creating a welcoming and hopeful environment for all.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree preferred

• Experience: Management experience required, 5+ years of customer service in hospitality or healthcare field preferred  

• Schedule: As a working supervisor it is required to have the ability to work flexible hours and shifts, participate in the staffing schedule regularly, and fill in, as needed. On-call availability after hours for staff guidance. Schedule is subject to change based on business needs.

Placement within the identified pay range is based on individual and market factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, credentials (including licenses and certifications), geographic location, market competition, skill set (including market availability of required skills), assigned/anticipated job tasks, and level of responsibility.  These factors are considered without regard to an individual’s status as a member of any protect group pursuant to federal, state, and/or local law.
