Clinical Dietitian I – Clinical Nutrition Full time onsite Duarte,CA

The Clinical Dietitian I is responsible for designing and implementing individualized nutritional care plans for patients identified as being at nutritional risk. This role involves continuous monitoring of patient progress towards achieving their nutrition goals, providing ongoing nutritional care, and offering nutrition counseling and follow-up services. The Clinical Dietitian I also supervises the activities of Dietetic Technicians and serves as a valuable resource on current nutrition topics for staff, other healthcare professionals, and the community.
As a successful candidate, you will: 
  • Provide timely, comprehensive and complete education/teaching to patients and families and documentation of progress towards achievement of outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate with all customers/team members to meet organizational goals and customer service expectations.
  • Demonstrate competence appropriate to the role and function in age-specific care and nutrition management.

Your qualifications should include: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0-2 years of experience as clinical dietitian; new grads encouraged to apply
  • Registered Dietitian
