The Associate Project Manager will support the Dept.  leadership in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in support of City of Hope’s operations. This is a highly visible role with significant areas of responsibility.

As a successful candidate, you will: 

  • Partnered with leadership to prioritize and execute quarterly strategic, operational, and tactical initiatives.

  • Managed project plans, timelines, budgets, dashboards, and key performance metrics to ensure successful implementation.

  • Drove process improvement efforts while monitoring progress and tracking action items across regional hubs and community networks.

  • Standardized reporting, templates, and documentation; coordinated meetings, agendas, and follow-ups to maintain accountability.

  • Reported program performance to division leadership and supported contract management, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.

  • Developed and maintained project dashboards, status reports, documentation, budgets, and contracts to support execution and compliance.

  • Coordinated operational workflows, activation initiatives, and business development projects while effectively managing shifting priorities and timelines.

  • Conducted portfolio reviews using quantitative and qualitative analysis; monitored milestones, deliverables, and overall project performance.

  • Prepared executive-level reporting and facilitated cross-functional communication to align stakeholders and ensure change readiness.

  • Identified cost-savings opportunities, evaluated contract performance, and supported process optimization efforts across the division.

  • Contributed to team development, onboarding, and division-wide initiatives to promote a lean culture of operational excellence.

Your qualifications should include: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field preferred.

  • Four (4) additional years of relevant experience may substitute for required education.

  • Minimum of one (1 ) year of related professional experience required.
