Pay Rate: $70.62 - $117.94 per hour

City of Hope is seeking a bold, forward-thinking leader to serve as our Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Intelligence and Insights. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of healthcare, data science, and innovation—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about transforming data into strategic advantage.

As part of a rapidly evolving department, you will lead enterprise-wide analytics and business intelligence initiatives that power smarter decisions, drive operational excellence, and unlock new opportunities for financial performance. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools, collaborate across disciplines, and help shape the future of revenue cycle management through AI, automation, and predictive insights.

Key Responsibilities

·       Strategize and lead the development of a comprehensive analytics roadmap for the revenue cycle

·       Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and predictive models that inform enterprise decision-making

·       Collaborate with leaders to define KPIs and align analytics with operational and compliance goals

·       Ensure data integrity through governance and standardization across platforms

·       Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders

·       Support technology transformation by integrating analytics into new systems and platforms

Your qualifications should include: 

·       Education: Bachelor’s in Health Administration, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)

·       Experience: 7 years in healthcare revenue cycle, finance, or performance improvement with leadership responsibilities

·       Preferred: Experience with large-scale transformation projects in provider or academic health systems

·       Skills:

·       Advanced data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and SQL

·       Deep understanding of revenue cycle operations and KPIs

·       Ability to communicate complex data to non-technical audiences

o   Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement

o   Strong leadership, facilitation, and collaboration skills
