Pay Rate: $44.9 - $69.6 per hour

This role serves as a key liaison between Finance, Analytics, IT, and Pharmacy Operations, translating complex data into actionable insights that support informed decision-making, financial reporting, and operational performance. The Analyst will be responsible for pharmacy financial analysis, data validation, and documenting data transformation processes to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable reporting. The Analyst will also collaborate across business areas to improve data quality, reporting processes, and understanding of pharmacy systems and operations.
As a successful candidate, you will:
Proven ability to translate financial data into information to drive sound business decisions, and deliver messages at the appropriate level for the audience
Demonstrates knowledge of pharmacy-related financial reporting, modeling, forecasting, and revenue recognition principles to support accurate financial analysis and informed decision-making.
Demonstrates an understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, pharmacy revenue and expense trends, payer mix, contract performance, and regulatory considerations, while maintaining strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to support accurate reporting and informed business decision-making.
Well-developed organization skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Decide innovative changes in the measurement of and the reporting of business results in order to better meet the dynamic needs of reporting requirements.
Must be able to stand alone with financial ownership of entity, serving as independent voice of function in team dynamic.
Problem solving skills to show the ability to thrive in an unstructured environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong ability to present to management and communicate with diverse stakeholders
Ability to recognize operational deficiencies through data, and effectively translate/communicate model outcomes and value driven opportunities to leadership
Your qualifications should include:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
5 years of progressive accounting and/or finance experience.
Preferred: Health Care industry.
