Pay Rate: $51.24 - $81.98 per hour

Nuclear Medicine Technologist II - Nuclear Medicine/Radiology/Molecular Imaging

We are seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist II (Molecular Imaging Technologist II) to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for performing a range of diagnostic imaging and therapeutic procedures using radionuclides for patients of all ages. We are cutting edge with research and innovative new PET tracers, oncology driven, and fast-paced with a variety of exams. Our Nuclear Medicine equipment includes: GE Infinia, GE Infinia Hawkeye and Optima. Our PET/CT equipment includes: Siemens BioGraph Vision. Join us in providing cutting-edge medical care and advancing the field of nuclear medicine.

As a successful candidate, you will: 

  • Performs a variety of diagnostic imaging and therapeutic procedures, for patients of all ages, that requires the safe and effective use of radionuclides
  • Utilize safe techniques to include protective shielding and prescribe safety standards for the preparation and handling of radioactive sources
  • Maintain records of radioisotope receipt, use, storage and disposal in accordance with state and federal regulations governing the accountability for radioactive materials

Your qualifications should include:

  • Graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Program
  • 3 years in Nuclear Medicine as a Nuclear Med Technologist
  • California State Certification in Nuclear Medicine AND
  • Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification (CNMT) or R.T. (N) (ARRT)
  • Certification in Computed Tomography ARRT (CT) (highly preferred)
  • BLS
