Pay Rate: $42.85 - $66.42 per hour

Position SummaryThe Manager, Practice Management is responsible for leading the daily operations, performance, and strategic direction of a busy outpatient clinic in Antelope Valley. This role partners closely with physicians and clinical leadership to ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience while driving operational efficiency, staff performance, and regulatory compliance.
As a successful candidate, you will:
- Lead and manage all administrative and clinical operations within a single outpatient clinic
- Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of staff
- Partner with physicians and clinical leaders to optimize patient flow and care delivery
- Drive operational improvements to enhance patient experience and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and clinic performance metrics
- Resolve patient and staff concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance of the clinic
- Support strategic initiatives including growth, service enhancements, and operational excellence
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing, patient-centered culture
Your qualifications should include:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in a healthcare or medical practice setting with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of clinic operations, practice management, and regulatory standards (OSHA, managed care).
- Experience managing staff, budgets, and operational performance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with physicians and staff
- Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare billing/coding processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and team leadership
Additional Information:
Job Status: Full time, exempt
Salary range $89,134- $138,157
