The successful candidate:
Hours: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Work Location: Fully Onsite – Zion, IL
Position Responsibilities
Manage research supply and inventory for clinical trials.
Support non‑treatment–related trial activities and patient‑facing tasks.
Assist with patient consenting in accordance with protocol and regulatory requirements.
Interact regularly with providers, clinic staff, and patients to support study activities.
Coordinate and manage clinical trial patient reimbursements.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the Research Team.
Collaborate with multiple hospital departments for trial‑related needs and workflows.
Process, ship, and store blood samples following study and safety guidelines.
Utilize EPIC and various sponsor web portals for study documentation and data entry.
Perform other duties as assigned to support research operations.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent related work experience.
Minimum Experience:
At least 1 year of research‑related experience or experience within a science‑related industry.
