Pay Rate: $51.24 - $81.98 per hour

Senior Revenue Cycle Strategy Partner

The Senior Revenue Cycle Strategy Partner leads the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at improving revenue cycle performance across the City of Hope System. This role is responsible for conducting in-depth analyses, identifying operational improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions. The incumbent works independently on complex projects and contributes to revenue cycle transformation efforts. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads complex strategic projects and initiatives across the revenue cycle, including opportunity assessments, business case development, and implementation planning.

  • Responsible for all phases of project management and communication of initiatives and workstreams. Creates and executes project workstream plans, milestones and metrics to align with project outcomes. Revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

  • Conducts advanced data analysis and performance benchmarking to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Synthesizes findings into actionable insights.

  • Produces analysis and presentations to support strategic decisions and priorities. Conducts background research and vendor assessments for strategic opportunities

  • Collaborates with operational leaders, IT, finance, and clinical teams to co-design innovative solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Manage relationships with internal and external customers, including executives at COH as well as external organizations

  • Serves as a trusted consultative resource for strategic initiatives and innovations.

  • Develops and presents executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate strategy, progress, and impact.

  • Identifies solutions to complex problems, translating needs and issues into innovative opportunities.

  • Provides data driven solutions that promote continuous improvement

  • Mentors junior consultants and contributes to the development of team capabilities and knowledge sharing.

  • Supports change management efforts and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of strategic initiatives.

Your qualifications should include: 

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field plus 7 years of experience (Master’s preferred)

·       Experience: 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle, finance, strategy, or performance improvement

·       Preferred: Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives and working with executive stakeholders

Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving
  • Advanced analytical and data visualization skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL)
